What I'm doing now
I spend a large chunk of my time working on my software company, Highview Apps. You can typically find me building features for our software, working with customers, and working on marking campaigns.
Exercise
The last few years I've been riddled with injuries for the first time in my life. I've had to take a lot of time off to let my body rest; it doesn't help that I'm getting older. This has done wonders for my body, and it feels good to be back at it. I've changed my routine a bit, but I'm still in the gym 5-6 days a week, lifting weights and doing some form of cardio. I try to run 10-12 miles a week and love to walk throughout the day.
Baseball And Data Analytics
I've taken a deep dive into baseball analytics and have been building models to learn more about forecasting. I'm learning more and more about building forecasting system with analytical models and plan on spending as much time as I can on it.
Coaching
I still spend a lot of my free time coaching softball in my community. I help run clinics and coach youth teams, this year is no different. It's one of the biggest joys of my life. Sports has had a big impact on my life, and I'm happy I can share it with my kids and community.
Focus
This is a year of focus for me. I'm not taking on much else; I spend lots of time with my family, business, and baseball (watching and analyzing). It's what brings me the most joy.
If my activities or priorities change, I'll update this page (inspired by Derek Sivers).
